How To Remove Objects From Photo
We've all been there - just when you've got the perfect shot, someone walks into your frame. In the past, you would have to travel back in time and re-create the magical moment. Now, with PaintShop Pro, you can remove the offending object from your image. Check out the guide to learn how to remove objects from your photos and restore the perfection.
1. Install PaintShop Pro
To install PaintShop Pro photo editing software on your PC, download and run the installation file above. Continue following on-screen instructions to complete the setup process.
2. Select Object Remover tool
On the Tools toolbar, choose the Object Remover tool.
3. Apply Selection Mode
On the Tool Options palette, choose the Selection Mode button.
4. Make Selection
Drag around the object that you want to remove.
5. Select Source Mode
On the Tool Options palette, choose the Source Mode button.
A rectangle is displayed in the image window.
6. Adjust position and resize
Position the rectangle over the area that will replace the previous selection.
Drag the handles on the rectangle to resize it, or drag the rotation handle on the rectangle to rotate it.
It is recommended that you make the rectangle as large as, or slightly larger than, the area you are removing.
On the Tool Options palette, click the Apply button.
7. Deselect
Choose Selections > Select None to deselect the selection.
